Some safety tips we recommend for using an excavator:

  1. You must take appropriate training in order to learn the foundations in order to operate the excavator safely and successfully.
  2. Have a trial run before you begin using the machine on your project. Get used to driving it around a construction area, practice digging out holes and make yourself familiar with the operations and controls.
  3. It seems obvious, but make sure you don’t dig beneath, or too close to the edge of, the excavator. This could cause it to tip.
